Individualized consultation naturally complements the Curriculum Analysis and other educational assessment services offered through the Office. Such expanded services are warranted due to the growth of the Office’s educational assessment activities and location to new offices within the School of Social Work.
Dr. Cournoyer, lead developer of The Curriculum Analyzer, a proprietary software program that facilitates comprehensive analysis of social work curricula based upon multiple dimensions, co-author of The Social Work Portfolio: Planning, Documenting, and Assessing Lifelong Learning in a Dynamic Profession (2002, Brooks/Cole-Thomson), popular speaker and workshop leader on the topic of educational assessment in social work, and co-facilitator of the Office of Educational Assessment serves as the primary consultant.
